Narcine 2.0 e-Scooter for Modern Day City Dwellers

Submitted by Ognyan Bozhilov, Narcine 2.0 e-Scooter is the next generation from Tulip concept featured previously here in Tuvie. Now, Ognyan has started a startup company to build electric scooters. You can read his description below.

We are a small team, from Bulgaria. More than two years ago Ognyan created the concept of Tulip, a clever and cool looking design of futuristic trike, that was well accepted in the online community and inspired us to search for ways to further develop the idea. We created a prototype, an electric tricycle with very compact design, but still enough to easily transport an adult for more than 25 km. After many months of testing and improving the prototype we concluded that the three wheel version has its advantages but as simple to make and as well handling as we’d hoped. We created the second prototype Narcine (2.0) which was much better suited to real, city environment.

Narcine is innovative, electric scooter for modern-day, city dwellers. It is compact, easy to use and super versatile but above all – it’s huge fun! The unique sitting position and zippy handling will turn every ride into genuine thrill, while the low center of gravity and powerful brakes keep you safe and confident. Narcine is also clever – there’s virtually no maintenance required and it folds up in a matter of seconds.

We created Narcine because we believe that cars should not necessarily be the primary choice for urban transportation. Instead, we envision cities full of compact and versatile, personal vehicles. We think they have the power to turn commuting from a tedious task into exciting and more social experience.
