Shell 2030 is a futuristic transport vision of Tamir Mizrahi. Through deep researches, he believes that it is possible for this vehicle to be mass produced with infrastructures and technology that will be available in 2030. It’s an all-electric vehicle that leaves no footprint on the planet, the compact body requires only small space on the road. Mizrahi wants to combine the benefits of a car and a bike in one vehicle.
As an autonomous three-wheel vehicle, Shell is able to accommodate up to two people at a time. It’s an urban transport that can move around the city with ease, it also has a smart way to maneuver thanks to a V-shaped triangular axle.
Tamir Mizrahi says that his goal for this project is to provide people with a new type of personal transportation where they can ride a small vehicle to move around the city, almost like a motorcycle. Shell 2030 features transparent, glass dome that provides 360-degree panoramic view. Since it’s an autonomous vehicle, those wheels are controlled by small computers which can be operated from the grip pads on top of them. It has multiple sensors to inform driver about road type, suggested driving style, battery level, etc.
