Submitted by James Langton, this portable smart speaker is a concept proposal for Dyson. The challenge of this project was to create a smart speaker that would push the company further into a crowded electronics market. With cutting edge technology being the main objective for Dyson, the design had to be different in how it delivers sound whilst maintaining the Dyson design language.
James Langton explains Dyson Portable Portable Smart Speaker concept uses six individual speakers positioned within a loop to create a deep, rich and full sound both in front and behind the speaker. This makes it ideal to be used in group situations such as on the beach and at parties. Its striking design can be chosen in two sizes and three color combinations which match existing Dyson products to be part of the family.
