Mayla Yacht, a German upstart yacht builder, just launched a new type of boat that combines all performance of a speedboat and the luxury of a yacht: Mayla GT Boat. This 44-foot boat looks like ready to split air and water with its three figure top speed. It looks compact and sleek, yet this boat actually provides a spacious cockpit area for basking in the sun, a water toy garage, and a cabin for weekending.
Mayla GT is a high-end carbon-fiber superboat that wants to redefine luxury powerboats. A perfect fusion of advanced technology, performance, and elegance, it marks a new era in the world of luxury sports boats.
Available in a full selection of gas, diesel, electric and hybrid powertrains, Mayla GT from Mayla Yacht promises output of over 3,000 hp with a top speed of 100 knots or 115mph (185km/h). in order to further improve this boat on-water dynamics, Mayla decided to outfit the deep-V monohull with twin transversal steps and patented Petestep deflectors. These transversal steps introduce air bubbles below the hull that would increase top speed capability, meanwhile, Petestep deflectors direct spray water down and aft to decrease energy usage by up to 35%. This system increases stability of the vessel and promotes more efficient planning motion.
Mayla GT Boat can accommodate up to 8 passengers. When the speed drops from 100 to 0, they can easily enjoy the open multipurpose cockpit area from BBQ, sundeck, a wet bar, and a foldaway dining table. Below the deck, there’s a cabin with double bed, a sofa lounge, a shower, a wardrobe, and an entertainment system.
