The Eolic is an easily foldable wind-powered generator concept that has been designed to use in rural areas where no electricity supply is available. Also, the generator can be used as an alternative power source in small housings with its easy to store equipments in one package. Eolic has been crafted from lightweight materials like carbon fiber and aluminum with a telescopic pole that can be easily mounted to reach the functional height by following simple steps with the help of two or three men. When folded, the generator becomes a compact package that can be carried easily from one place to another.

I know the applications are endless but how i saw this was for some one like me who lives in the philippines where beach life is life for a lot, if i could set this up and run power to my cell maybe a t.v., computer, i would buy this in a heartbeat. I know the model is sayin power small homes and what ever but could a version be made that would not be needed to power such high demand appliances like home necessity but smaller like i mentioned? (maybe a dumb question)…… I can see fans powered by this at the beach where i know for sure ion some calm winded hot days would be the ultimate! ……. Great design!
