Created by professional Taiwanese baristas with more than 40 years’ experience, GEESAA incorporates all the elements of their coffee making process into one sleek turntable design. The pour-over spinning arm, which is similar in design to a stylus, moves steadily over the coffee grounds and releases water in an Archimedean spiral path. Designed to replicate the pour-over motion of baristas, this component ensures that the flavor of the coffee is extracted evenly and smoothly. GEESAA’s turntable base rotates in perfect balance with the spinning arm to ensure precise distribution of water over the coffee and to make sure that no flavor is left with the grounds.

For added customization, GEESAA allows users to fully adjust the brewing conditions of the coffee to suit both the unique characteristics of each variety and the unique taste requirements of the drinker. Using the GEESAA app, users can set the water temperature, water pour times, flow rate, water pour-over position and brewing times.
