GAC has unveiled ERA Concept Car, it is claimed to be a revolutionary new energy car that would redefine industry benchmarks within dynamic and evolving automotive landscape. Fan Zhang, the VP of GAC R&D Center, says that innovation and exploration are at the heart of this company journey. ERA has become a testament to the company dedication to leading technological advancement and design innovation.
ERA Concept Car is built on GAC’s innovative multi-energy platform architecture, it utilizes hydrogen fuel cells and 200kw distributed motors on the rear axle. This setup allows for impressive 540 horsepower that provides impressive 800-km range, and zero emissions. Basically, this vehicle is a full-size 4WD crossover SUV, it blends luxury and performance while providing spacious interiors inside its 5413mm length and 3132mm wheelbase and maintain a minimum ground clearance of 244mm for great maneuverability.
GAC Motor wants to display its dedication to environmental sustainability, GAC ERA Concept Car’s body is designed with clean lines and an aerodynamic kit made from marine recycled plastic and seaweed bio-based materials. Sleek body yet powerful, the front fascia incorporates headlights, sensors, and cameras into a full-width light band, the sophisticated geometric pattern helps to enhance heat dissipation.
The interior features elliptical and organic curves, every detail is developed with premium materials like bio-based mycelium leather. The color scheme transitions from sunrise orange to sunset purple. As the doors gracefully open, it reveals luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The seating design displays clever layout, when traveling with a group, that front seats can rotate to face the rear where you can start an interactive environment. The rear seats are equipped with foldable extensions that serve as leg rests. That central console transforms into a tabletop, the interior of this vehicle can cater to socializing needs for up to six people.
