Black Hole Inspired Singularity Lamp Design with Charging Station

Inspired by science-fiction movie produced by Christopher Nolan in 2014, here’s Singularity Lamp that mimics the beauty of a Black Hole. It’s a movie that talks about time travel, distorted space, wormhole, and black hole. The main core of black hole is called “Singularity”, it has massive gravity that sucks just about everything inside, including the light. This gigantic gravity distorts the light, space and time, it forms accretion disc outside that looks like mystery yet beautiful and elegant at the same time.

Singularity Lamp Design is a concept project that tries to extract those elements from the movie scene that reinterprets the content into the lamp design. It also integrates special lighting effects and IOT aspects. The design is mainly allocated to be a lamp body and charging dock.

The built-in LED light provides full RGB color where different light patterns can be created according to music rhythm selected.
