Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing, Xeric has launched Trappist-1 NASA Edition Watch series. It’s the redesigned model from the original Trappist-1 moonphase model based on feedbacks from amazing fans, in fact, NASA has authorized Xeric to use its logo on the watches. This timepiece represents a tiny galaxy on your wrist.
Completely redesigned from ground up, this NASA Edition model features automatic, self-winding movement, and brighter stars. Instead of traditional clock hands, Xeric Trappist-1 NASA Edition Watch series use two glowing Super-LumiNova planets to display the time, along with cool constellations-like seconds hand that replicates the movement of how comets streak across the night sky. To our fellow space nerds, you would love watching the time moves on this watch, also, that cool grille watch face was designed after the ISS Cupola Grille, the largest viewing port in space.
All delicate components of Trappist-1 NASA Edition Watch series are protected under glass dome made from Hesalite. This glass is a shatter-resistant material developed by NASA in the 60’s to withstand harsh environment of space. The strap is full-grain leather, specially textured and stitched to look like the ridge-lines see on space gloves. Every variant of Trappist-1 NASA Edition Watch series will only be available of 1969 pieces, each piece will be individually numbered to ensure its authenticity. [Pre-Order]
So they just had to put the dome glass on the watch and two circles inside over a flat circle!? What a joke.
