Plumb Modular Furniture gives you a wide variety of choices when constructing your furniture. The modular design increases sustainability in furniture design, these components can be used to built different furniture to suit your needs and situations. This project aims to expand the meaning of flexibility in furniture design to more than just vertical or horizontal grid modular structures.

This modular furniture system was inspired by 606 Shelving System (1960), the designer was pretty impressed by the system that didn’t look outdated at all even though it was designed more than 50 years ago. One of main factors that make this system timeless is its flexibility, user can simply start with one module and expand it later depending on their situations. From this moment, Sehun Oh wanted to incorporate the value of timeless design to his modular furniture concept.

Plum Modular Furniture system consists of wood structures, plastic connectors, and connector couplers. Since these connectors are universal, they can be shared among different structures, there are 3 type of angled connectors 83-degree, 90-degree, and 97-degree. This furniture offers unique solution when you need to find universality and aesthetics.
