B2 All-Electric Pickup Truck has been proudly introduced by Bollinger Motors. This is the next generation of B1, it shares the same DNA, dual motors, all-wheel drive, in-wheel portal gear hubs, hydro-pneumatic suspension, spacious front trunk space, 120 kWh battery pack, and pass-through door that can be really handy to transport long items. It’s a street-legal pickup truck based on extensive development of B1 Sport Utility Truck, as B1 has come to final stages, it’s only natural B2 would come as additional vehicle for the upcoming EV trucks.
Cargo has become the main priority for B2, Bollinger Motors Pickup’s bed is 4’ 1” wide by 5’ 9” long, including internal cab tailgate down, it can carry full 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywood. The rear glass of B2 is designed to open just like B1, allowing storage to the top of cab to accommodate 72 sheets of ½” plywood.
Just like B1, B2 All-Electric Pickup Truck by Bollinger Motors will also be a class three work truck with 10,001 gross vehicle weight rating, it has hauling capacity of 5000lbs. B2 is incredibly versatile, tough truck, at this moment, this concept is still rendered based on the CAD data that will be used to prototype in early 2019, but there are more data to be collected to further engineer for final production.
