Submitted by Marco Schembri, Xiaomi MI08 re-interprets common calculator designs with an entirely touch system in which a wheel sensor would allow user to type different numbers recalling the usage of the vintage phones from the 40s. This project demonstrates how a common object that has become part of our life can exist in a different form and how digital and analogical worlds can meet in an harmonic way.
