Something pure and architectural, Toledano & Chan B/1.2 Watch wants to bring back beautiful, minimalist timepiece with bold, sculptural style of 1970’s watches. Seriously, this watch was created without any business plan or market survey, simply from the desire of wanting to create something beautiful. The company loved the design from the 70s era where the bracelet and watch head were one continuous thought.
Two friends, Alfred (Hong Kong) and Phillip (New York) bonded on Instagram over the same obsession to brutalist architecture and 1970’s watches. They started exchanging ideas. They ended up with two major sources of inspiration, they are Rolex Midas and early 1970’s integrated bracelet watches. The result is Toledano & Chan B/1.2 Watch, part of 70s watch and part of brutalist architecture.
