“Three Days to See” Glasses To Help Myopic Individuals During Disasters

For myopic person, it would be really difficult for them to see clearly objects which are far away. “Three Days to See” glasses are a pair of emergency glasses designed for myopic users to help them see clearly especially during disasters. These glasses can be included in emergency kits with diopter adjustment, just like those you can find in binoculars. It changes the focus of the eyewear to match user’s eye lens grade, simply press the sacs one by one, the diopter is adjusted in five increments.

These glasses consist of soft liquid lenses and sacs, they are filled with highly refractive silicone oil.

Three Days To See Glasses by Tend Design is a concept that helps myopic people to see better in dark or misty environments. They can use those sacs to adjust the lens. We know that in the event of natural disasters, even first-aid responders can have difficulty to look around, even worst for those with bad eyesight. This project has created a minimalist eyewear as part of emergency kits. It features simple and clean design with semi-transparent color around the frames. For better visibility, those sacs with silicone oil have bright orange palette, helping other people to see the wearer immediately.
