Solelp aims to change that way of thinking, it’s a home stretching game device concept that encourages you to do stretching for 10 to 20 minutes to start your day or before/after exercise.

A good stretching activity would reduce muscle stiffness, improve posture, exercise your joints to move through their full range of motion, and enhance muscular relaxation. By combining stretching with a game, it aims to encourage people to enjoy stretching with a sense of accomplishment through points and missions.

Solelp Stretching Game Device helps you to enjoy stretching as an exciting activity through visual entertainment and sound elements. Designed by byminjco, Solelp is not just another stretching mats, it consists of a bar, a mat, handles, and an app to interact with users and gives a sense of joy and reward. The bar is equipped with lidar sensor camera that would accurately scan user’s posture and provide feedback to help them enjoy interactive stretching. The speakers on both side of the bar allows user to enjoy music and listen to vocal feedback during the stretching game. Furthermore, there are two handles that can be detached from the bar, they can be used for extra stretching poses with a band.

User can check their stretching game levels through an app, it provides routine lists, achievements, missions, and reward points. It is hoped to motive user to carry on with their daily stretching exercise.
