If yacht owners want to park their yacht at commercial marina, they have to pay mooring fee and normally the fare is pretty high depending on the size of the mooring and the length of your stay. Moorings are usually available on first come first serve basis. Based on that condition, this yacht designer has come up with Rieul floating home concept. This floating home features a private dock which is perfect for any yacht owner. Although, yes, the mooring fee might become more expensive than before, but at least now yacht owners can have space of their own as currently there’s no commercial marina that provides facilities such as VIP lounge, hotel, restaurant and so on.
The dock can accommodate a single hull yacht up to 15m LOA and 4m beam Max. On the second floor of this house, yacht owner can find two double bedrooms, bathroom, wide and comfortable lounge and kitchen. Rieul floating home offers convenient facilities to a yacht owner even if the marina could only supply electricity and water.
