Situated in a quiet residential area, Residence K was built for a young married couple and their little son. The site is a symbolic location which can be described as an entrance to this residential area, located on the corner of a busy alley. Facing a large public facility, this location offers a rare open view, so unusual for the city center.

Arranged along this view is the living room with an opening as wide as 10 meters and no pillars blocking the scene outside. High beams that support the opening also allow an adequate height of the ceiling and give a liberating high and wide line of sight, so unlikely for a house in the city.
The outer wall line that creates a very comfortable space was born thanks to the unique shape of the site and to foster this feeling of comfort further indirect lighting constructed in the corner of the rooms become an accent of the house.
