Smart Power Long Tower, it’s a drone-car condo tower designed with docking station or parking spot for drone-cars. It’s a super green building that responds to future demand where most people would prefer to order drone-taxi instead of driving their own cars. Designed by TEAM RA+D, this drone-ready condo tower is an inhabitant monument for Shanghai, the structure itself reminds you of a “Chinese Dragon” with landing pads along its vertical central core, these are places to accommodate drone car pads.

This futuristic building can be the new symbol for the city of Shanghai, the construction will begin in 2018 to 2020, depending in agreement with Prestige Group of Companies, Singapore.

Power Long features Super Green Building characteristics, the building from TEAM RA+D helps to decrease Shanghai’s traffic congestion by becoming Drone-Cars docking station and parking along its structure. It’s going to become vertical forest and accommodate up to 50,000 trees and shrubs with 180 CO2 extractors along its core. This building is equipped with technology that turns CO2 into Ionodize condense air, every house, it would expel the air from the chimney at the top with concentration clouds in form of clouds while the LED spotlight would create fire illusion in the air.

As Super Green Building, it has its own recycling water plant system. UV disinfection for wastewater would go through UV disinfection treatment instead of chemical chlorine disinfection. The power is generated through renewable energy using Solar Power, Wind Power, Hydrokinetic Power (river), and Geothermic Power (underground). The building can also function as a convention center, hospitality, commercial area, and residential uses.

Power Long drone-car tower wants to demonstrate Chinese beauty and spirituality through the Dragon theme. The design is strongly focused on relation between symbol and dynamic community that develop around itself. You don’t need to own a car, simply order a taxi-drone and arrive at your balcony.
