Numbird is an updated version from Our Common House concept, it’s project dedicated for dynamic development of urban areas where there are many natural habitats have been destroyed. Due to rapid deforestation, population of small birds have been dramatically decreased, they are severely affected by rapid urbanization. Not to mention modern buildings cause dramatic decrease in spaces used to create safe habitats for our avian friends. Keeping this in mind, Numbird was born to help restore the balance in our environment while offering a safe space to our smaller furry friends.

Numbird by Nicer Design is a set of digit-shaped nesting boxes designed to double as street addresses in urban areas. After exploring various directions, intense work, and search for optimal solutions, it’s amazing that this concept has become final product. This collection digit-shaped nesting boxes not only provide a nesting space for little birds but also indicate the street numbers. Simply choose the appropriate numbers and mounting them on the wall of your house/building, you invite local birds to share your space as well. Each number is made of waterproof plywood finished with natural oil, it is packed in a box that can be easily delivered by courier.
