Inspired by Chinese tea culture, Chá Travel Tea Flask has been designed to offer you to enjoy your tea on-the-go while making it easy to switch to its simpler usage such as a water bottle. This is the result of collaboration between ual’s “Central Saint Martins”, University of The Arts London, and “Nio”, a Chinese EV maker, these companies want to create a new product for the local market that helps their user to enjoy a joyful life.

This flask embodies the spirit of traditional tea drinking, promoting the health benefits wrapped in a modern skin. The transparent lid provides good access to keep tea bags or tea leaves in the infuser while allowing you to use this flask as a regular water bottle. you can unscrew that opaque lid to drink your beverage or fill up the flask.

Pralekh Bhuyan explains that the twists of the two halves of the opaque lid against one another are meant to form an “O”, or you can say a horizontal “S” that opens and closes the infuser respectively. The open infuser of Chá Travel Tea Flask allows for its content to infuse with one another, flip the flask upside down to infuse your hot water with the tea leaves/bags while monitoring the process through that transparent lid. There’s no dangling loop, the rubber strap is flushed to the surface of the flask for clean aesthetic, it can also be used to grip the flask better.
