The legendary “Roaring Raindrop” MG EX181 has been known for setting a speed record of 410.5 km/h in 1959, it held its ground up until 2014 when Bugatti broke that record. The launch of electric version of MG EXE181 is done to commemorate its historical achievements, it represents a tribute and a pivotal step into electrified frontier, setting a new chapter in its legacy.
The electric version of EXE181 is engineered to reach a top speed of 415km/h, coupled with a drag coefficient of 0.181, demonstrating MG Motor’s commitment to redefine velocity in the electric era. This ambition launches the EXE181 into the elite “Sub-1 second 0-100km/h Club”, promising a future of speed and innovation collides.
