We really love the woven rattan exterior body of this smart radio, it’s like a combination of nature with contemporary technology. Designed by Mathieu Lehanneur, a French designer, this Hybrid Radio for Lexon represents how radio is as relevant as ever even though it is partially wrapped in woven rattan, what a crafty design.

Lehanneur explained that a digital intelligence is blended beautifully with a raw material here, it was predicted by many people that radios would be obsolete with the arrival of PCs and smartphones, however, it doesn’t happen. Hybrid Radio features Bluetooth connectivity and powerful speakers so that you can use it to play your favorite music as well, wirelessly.
