Lenovo teamed up with NEC Corporation to design and develop NEC Lavie Mini. It’s an ultra-mobile PC designed specially for fun and premium entertainment, it also comes with cool gaming accessories. It’s still a prototype though, but it represents latest innovation and minimalism of a fun and functional device.
This pocket-sized convertible PC wants to become a real game changer. Inside compact body of Lavie Mini, you’ll find power and performance up to 11th Gen Intel Core i7 mobile processor and Intel Iris X graphics. Lavie Mini is designed with an 8-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) touch panel display, it comes in Crystal White for a cool, translucent look. It seems too small to work with, but this mini PC is meant for entertainment, we think that’s very acceptable, especially when it weighs at just 579grams, you can practically take it with you anywhere.
NEC Lavie Mini from Lenovo comes with smarter features such as IR camera, Windows Hello for zero-touch login, and compact keyboard with circular-shaped numeric and those symbol keys are the same size as the alphabet keys. Each unit is equipped with 256GB SSD, 16GB LPDDR4, Wi-Fi 6, and battery capacity up to 26WHr. For premium look, that LCD cover lights up the logo and the keyboard is backlit too.
You can attach optional gaming controller onto this mini PC and enjoy high-quality PC games. When you’re done, simply remove the controller and carry your PC. This controller comes with most functions that you’d expect in familiar gaming layout. Just in case you prefer larger screen, you can also transfer your gaming experience on your big TV screen for everyone to see your personal victories, thanks to optional HDMI-connected dock.
