Submitted by Jang Woo-Seok, this coffee cup features unique lid that makes you feel as if you’re kissing someone when drinking your coffee. It’s a funny way to drink your coffee, but some people might feel different when seeing you drinking your coffee with this lid. It looks creepy but to us, it’s kinda funny. The lid is not just lips, it is completed with nose and face muscle, you can literally wake up and kiss your coffee. So, coffee lovers, what do you think?

Take-out coffee is a symbol of city culture and fashion. Shape of a lip is a distinctive style, thereby the combination will be fun. I made the sketch years ago but recently produced it with the investing support from Korean government and it took about three months to finish. At first, I put only lips on the lid but it was something iffy; something empty, so I added nose and face muscle to the lid like a human face and tried to adjust their heights suitably. People who know would know how important nose height is when kissing. Also, I enlarged lips for feeling of biting bottom lip.

This is a disposable cup & lid for B2B (Cafe franchise) product. Polystylene Material and it will be produced first this week. There is only mouth on the lid to start with prototype. However I felt like there was something missing in our early design concept. I realized that touch the nose is essential point in order to feel realistically while we’re kissing. So I added the nose and face muscle to the lid. Finally, It has the lineaments of that of a Greek statue as well as a friendly face. I am sure that it is an important point to get public attention.
