Intuition Robotics ElliQ is a complex and smart AI robot designed to maintain a healthy level of mental and social activity of aging adults, it can also reduce loneliness. People get older, most of the time, they are away from family and friends, ElliQ wants to help the situation better for them. It’s an emotionally intelligent robotic companion, this robot helps user to stay connected with loved ones, keep them thinking and learning and they age. It changes modes through diffused LED lighting, it displays a wide range of subtle emotional expressions.

This is not a humanoid robot, ElliQ has been designed to become a beautiful tabletop object with a screen. This design provides comfort and familiarity, balancing a fine line between an object and a robot. The overall form of this robot features elegant design, something that you would want in your home without taking much space. The anodized aluminum base of ElliQ hides sensors and microphones while textured plastic head boasts elegant curvature and organic color. There’s a built-in speaker at the base.
ElliQ features not only UI/UX on-screen functionality, it also features motion, sound, and lighting. User can differentiate the mode through diffused LED lighting, it displays a wide range of subtle emotional expressions.
