Many dryers on the market don’t seem to work effectively when it comes to a family who lives in the snowy, rainy mountains of Norway. Hedgehog Multifunctional Dryer wants to bring you a multipurpose dryer that works effectively to dry multiple gloves and boots. After losing his wife and becoming a single parent, Bjorn Holte, realized that he needed something better than conventional dryer as he has to keep multiple pairs of boots and dryers dry and organized due to his living environment.

Hedgehog Multifunctional Dryer doesn’t look like your conventional dryer. Due to its unique functionality, it comes with unique design with high-powered fan yet it is quiet. It has adjustable heat for delicate materials, the ionic technology helps remove odor and bacteria. All parts are replaceable for improved sustainability.

The user-friendly interface allows user to customize Hedgehog’s setting from airflow, heat level, ionic setting, and timer. It pushes hot air into the fabric and humidity is pushed out. Furthermore, this dryer has various extensions that you can use for different drying needs. There’s on/off switch for each steel spike that keeps hot air to blow where needed most. The design team worked together with engineers from the Hydro Power Laboratory at NTNU in Norway, they also used the same technology of optimized water turbines. Starting from scratch, the result is an energy-efficient fan system that provides a drying time, multiple times faster than similar dryers.
