The H6 Julietta embodies an idea that building a supercar shouldn’t be accessible only to the ultra-rich car enthusiast. This concept project proposes a car that not only entails a striking and memorable design statement, but also allows each and every customer to build their own version of the Julietta to their own needs a budget. The idea is to make the basic 3D printable CAD design files easily available for the body of the car, which allows the builder to decide how to layout their own car to their specifications. Engine, suspension, interior design layout…all are freely customizable within the body of the car.
Lee Rosario, the designer, believes that when it comes to a car, it should be easier to create without sacrificing hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars. The designer of that particular car can celebrate individuality, caters to the resources available to each dreamer, and creating a community of “DIY”. User can take pride in sharing and comparing builds with each other to improve upon the basic original idea. We call this idea “Open Source Car Building”. We believe in a car that can and should belong to everyone.
Tuvie has received “H6 Juiletta Car Basic Design Platform” project from our ‘Submit A Design‘ feature, where we welcome our readers to submit their design/concept for publication.
