SmartSlab Table is a new composite material developed by Kram/Weisshaar group that offers intelligent materials in furniture design. This invention unlocks a wide range of potential applications, one of them is food preparation table. Abhinav Gohain has submitted his latest concept to Tuvie, it’s called Food Preparation Solutions for the year of 2050. This new technology would feature sleek and elegant user interface with gesture controls, it could calculate nutritional value, detect freshness of the ingredients or possible toxins. This table would also be used for heating, cooling, or even recharging your devices. Internet access is also available to find new recipes or for work.
