Fold is a concept foldable electric mosquito net. It seems that China and Korea share similar traditional paper folding fans that inspire this concept. It’s a hand mosquito net that protects you personally with folding system that makes it easy to store and carry-on. It’s a nice device to have when you live or stay in an area with tropical climate, which usually becomes mosquito breeding habitat.
Common mosquito repellents are restricted to use due to strong scents and harmful powders to human body, yet ready-made electric mosquito net has unpractical size and somewhat uncomfortable to carry around. Here comes Fold, a foldable mosquito net concept to help you protect yourself easier from mosquitoes.
Designed by SangKun Park, Fold is only twice the size of a smartphone when folded, it is dramatically more compact that other ready-made products on the market. It can be easily stored in your backpack or drawer and offer lighter sense of use in any situation.
To use Fold, simply unfold both handles and secure them with magnets. It’ll expose current and power buttons. For safety purpose, when something touches the current network and sparks, the current flows again with a 0.5 second gap.
