FH-01X Jet by Thiago Mazzini

FH-01X Jet is a design study of creating beautiful and sexy jet fighter that mixes human-alien forms and technologies. It’s a compact concept of a multi-role fighter aircraft equipped with hybrid technology. The main focus of this project is in the design not technicality, so if you are an engineer, you are welcome to give positive feedbacks on this jet design.

  1. Build this, R&D this,
    Nice looking attack type.
(darn those DoD overruns alone can kill this plane- see F35).

    Use in some movie or
    Sci Fic Airshow website.

Love to see in scale model desktop form alone.

  2. Beautiful. The photography is fantastic too.

Are those silver bits on the wing engine intakes? Nothing wrong with top-of-the-wing intakes, but it will reduce lift by messing up the flow of air over the wing. Plus they are angled oddly. But maybe the alien tech is at work there.
If it is using human jet engines, the intakes will need WAY more air. The intake vents are quite large but then they are funneled into tiny ports that look like you could plug them with a thumb. Jet engines need massive amounts of air.

Why is there a notch behind the canopy? This will create turbulence and reduce speed and lift.

Alongside the cockpit is a large blunt surface, and while angled back, it is quite blunt and should be more swept to reduce drag.

Otherwise, the design looks fine. The general lines are cool.
