Fayton Ecological Tourism Car Was Inspired by Phaeton and Horses

Fayton Ecological Tourism Car was a project created for Ecological Tourism car competition in Istambul and it won the second award. Designed by Utkan Kiziltuğ, this futuristic concept car was inspired by Phaeton (a sporty open carriage) and horses. The automotive designer combines two elements into one innovative transportation design. In respect for nature and environment, this car has been designed to run on electricity and solar energy. The front hood was made with half transparent material that enables you to see the engine and the structure of the car easily.

Fayton Ecological Tourism Car boasts transparent body design that allows its passengers to enjoy 360-degree breathtaking views. The main aesthetical point of this design is the innovative sunroof design which is made of four separated pieces that are retractable, when they are opened, they mimic a horse’s mane.
