Hover and fly underwater with DeepFlight Dragon Personal Electric Submarine. The company claims that this vehicle would be the easiest submarine to pilot, taking you underwater to the next level for awesome experience, explore the deep blue sea, the freedom is yours. Just like all DeepFlight crafts, Dragon submarine has fixed positive buoyancy where it will always float back to the surface naturally. This means no drop weight, no variable ballast system, simply safe underwater exploration.
Dragon is equipped with DeepFlight Diva Manager (DDM), it’s a special technology that monitors as well as manages essential functions. DDM allows you to pilot Dragon with minimal training, it also allows you to set the depth limit on any particular dive. With its hovering capability, when you cruise with Dragon, you can enjoy the freedom to cruise around bing animals or hover around ancient shipwrecks. The quad brushless DC thrusters works with underwater lithium battery pack, it’s super quiet and efficient, it runs up to 6 hours between charges.
Designer : DeepFlight
The compact size (5m length) and lightweight (1800kg), making this electric submarine can easily fit on yachts. You can launch, recover, or store it just like a tender. Since it uses 40V system voltage with low electric signature, it’s practically safe to operate Dragon around swimmers or other marine animals.
