At the bottom of this phone, there’s a transceiver that allows this 90-year old phone to be used wirelessly. A pulse to DTMF converter allows the dial to work. Just in case you don’t know how to use this phone, here how it works:

  1. Call are answered by lifting the earpiece from its cradle
  2. End the call by putting back the earpiece
  3. Redial and speed dial are activated by dialing and holding selected numbers

Cordless candlestick phone project result is amazing; the original aesthetic of the phone has been preserved while it can be used just like in the olden days. The only sign that this phone has been altered would be the missing cord.
