Citroën SM Revival Concept Pays Tribute for The Years of Citroën SM

In 2015, Jean-Louis Bui designed Citroën DS Revival concept to pay homage to the legendary Citroën DS which celebrated its 60th anniversary that year. This year, he submitted Citroën SM Revival Concept Car, which has been designed to pay tribute for the years of Citroën SM. It was the car that marked the history of automotive design through its innovations and aerodynamic design, it was “futuristic” for its time.

Jean-Louis Bui explains that his submitted Citroën SM Revival Concept is a modern interpretation of the SM Citroën from 1970, at the time it was powered by a Maserati heat engine, today it would be 100% electric. Designing 2020 SM, Bui was inspired by mythical models from the 70s and for its color, he chose the 70s ambiences.

  1. Forget Electric we have few charging stations and if Citroen wanted the best option it would keep that Maserati Beast of an Engine but convert it to Zero Emissions Hydrogen Fuel! Water is available EVERYWHERE! 😀
