Bras Up is a concept hanger designed specifically to prevent bra deformation. It will dramatically cut down on unnecessary bra waste. The unique structure promises robust support that maintain bra’s shape at the same time, it also educates users about proper method of hanging bras. As a 3D-printed hanger, the shape features space-efficient design that promises flexibility when user can use each hanger individually or in conjunction, catering to diverse storage needs.
Based on research, bras tend to be thrown away in a period of 9 months to a year due to cup deformation or deterioration in quality. Cup deformation has become primary contributor of unnecessary waste, these bras have negatively impacted our environment. This project aims to extend the lifespan of your bras.
Bras Up 3D-printed Hanger by Joyce Lai is based on users’ insights where they address that cup deformation has become their top problem. There’s a clear need to educate users about the correct way to hang bras. These insights help Joyce to address three critical issues which are faced among users, Bras Up Hanger design presents three distinct opportunities for Bras Up to make a meaningful impact.
