“Beton” is a series of seating unit concepts designed by Venn. The concepts are built of forming or casting of the glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC). While; flexibility that the technique enables when defining the three dimensional surfaces stands as a core for the studies, endurance of concrete was also essential for the main function; seating. Results of this quest for aesthetic and functional quality within the capabilities of GFRC were both various and fresh.
