Bell & Ross Bellytanker Concept was born out of a fun collaboration between Bell & Ross and Thierry Fischer. The brief was pretty simple, to create a belly tank infused with Bell & Ross design DNA. Belly Tanks are all built around the same architecture using old fuel tanks from 50’s to 70’s war planes, people used to tinker them with light tubular frames and big V8 engines in order to race on salt lakes. The challenge of this project was to imagine and design with virtual 3D tools a concept that builders shapes by hands.
