Engines, speed and glamour: fast cars and speedboats have quite few things in common, the A43 is here to set the same standard on water as the legendary Lamborghini cars do on land.
A43 is a luxury speedboat concept, which can be defined as the perfect fusion of performance and aesthetics. The main objective of this project is to combine a traditional speedboat with sleek, strong characteristics, and high performance that you would expect from a modern supercar. Inspired by Automobili Lamborghini, a company that’s built most revolutionary and timeless super cars in history, A43 translates some of Lamborghini’s design DNA into a speedboat in every way. You can see, some parts like the engine ventilation intake on sides, angular lines, sleek proportions and aggressive styling of the Lamborghini cars are all integrated into the design of the new speedboat concept. Not to mention twin modified aspirated Lamborghini V12’s in the concept’s yellow trimmed exposed carbon fiber edition. The striking exterior lines are as functional as they are visually attractive; the air intakes, the windscreen, shape of the transom, and inverted bow all contributing to improve this speedboat’s aerodynamics.
The standard version of the A43 speedboat concept is equipped with double inboard Mercury 540 engines for efficient power and Caterpillar Three60 Pod Drives for a precise and smooth cruising. A lateral bow thruster fitted near the bow to improve maneuverability at lower speeds and while docking. The design maximizes the boat performance with air entrapment tunnels on sides, it is designed to create aerodynamic lift at speed. With such high speeds in reach, the helm area has been designed for occupants to travel fast in comfort. Good thing, this hot rod comes with a GPS speedometer, so you know when to keep your eyes peeled for the Coast Guard.
The hull of the A34 concept features striking “Blu Nila” color of Lamborgini, while the interior comes in beige to create a warm, luxurious feeling on board. There are plenty of individual details on the exterior that allow the owner to choose unique color and possible material combinations. Mid-foredeck is having two different levels of surfaces. The lower level has glossy reflective paint to create a seamless look together with black acrylic hatches while the upper part is connected to windshield with a frame, housing a LED light mounted between two levels of surfaces.
Besides the sporty helm station, A34 speedboat by Officina Armare Yacht & Transportation Design Studio also offers big, comfortable lounge seating which can be used as sunbathing area. A champagne storage that is located on the lounge seating allows you to keep your champagne bottle cool and ready on board. The carbon fiber dashboard is designed to copy styling elements from Lamborghini sports cars, it includes fine leather trims and a steering wheel, throttle handles and joystick in carbon fiber. Down below, the cabin includes air conditioning, a dining table, and sofa seating for four, fine leather and carbon fiber interiors. There are also standard amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a lavatory. The bathroom of this speedboat comes with a shower, which makes it a glamorous day boat with overnight accommodation.
At transom beneath the lid of the aft locker, there is enough space for a pair of Seabobs, an optional rack that located on top of engine compartment for carrying bikes, surf boards and of course a swimming platform extending from the aft deck.
