ZooZee Pro MTB is an innovation full-suspension mountain bike that won the award for 2011 International Bicycle Design Competition. Its frame contains suspension structure and transforms the flow of the wind into energy to be used by a lithium battery. This battery is located at the rear part of the frame, don’t worry, it won’t effect in bicycle aesthetics. Cyclist can charge any electronic device on-the-go by utilizing the power from this bike lithium battery.

Che senso ha prendere energia dal vento? L'energia la fornisce sempre il guidatore che muovendo i pedali fa muovere la bicicletta e quindi fa si che ci sia moto relativo tra la bicicletta e l'aria. Voi raccogliete così questa energia che è sempre data dalla pedalata del ciclista. Tanto vale (ed è molto più efficiente) prelevare l'energia direttamente dai pedali con un accoppiamento meccanico. Oppure l'avete fatto perché basta che si veda qualcosa che gira col vento fa molto "green"?
