I HAVE ALWAYS ENDED UP SITTING ON STANDARD TOILETS BACKWARDS WITH A RAIL ON THE SIDE AND ONE ACROSS THE BACK WITH THE TOILET JUST INSIDE THE STALL SO THAT YOU CAN'T GET A WHEEL CHAIR INSIDE THE STALL. I HAVE BEEN CALLED EVERYTHING FROM A FREEK TO A VOYER. THESE DAMM AUTO FLUSH TOILET JUST KEEP FLUSHING AND FLUSHING DURRING TRANSFERS, THERE USEING MORE WATER FOR 7 TO 10 PEOPLE

Working in Occupational Therapy with patients with dissabilities, I am truly excited to see something so usable finally available. The problem of transfering independantly is an ongoing battle, becoming worse in public facilities. Enabling a person to increase their independance is wonderful, and I congradulate the person who thought of this design.

This is a great idea, I would like to see one more thing added to it. A BIDGIT. As a handicap person, a problem I have is hygine. In our home wev'e installed a portable bidgit (cost runs anywhere from 50. to 300.00 depending on style and functions.) It hooks directily to the toilet you already own, and just so great to have.

Great idea indeed! This will solve problem of not only disables, but also those who are on wheel-chair temporarily, and those who are not able to seat low either due to old age or chronic back-ache. I congratulate the designers Mr. Kim Changduk and Mr.Hong Youngki for their noble endeavor and marvel outcome. I am sure, there are people who must sponsor this noble cause, and shoulder it further!

I think it is a geat idea- as it would also mean that ALL the toilets would then be of a higher height. That is a very common dificulty for older folks, even those who are not considered to be "disabled". But they often have a very difficult time being able to stand up from the very low toilets- so this would help a lot of people- AND then the larger "HC" stalls would not be used by people who did not need wheelchair access.
Now- let's get the diaper changing table out of there, too, please!

I am pleased to see such a useful and pleasantly designed toilet. More and more people with disabilities are in need of better functioning tools for the activities of every day life. Something like this might allow a person with a disability to live alone or require less assistance. The design allows for many different configurations of ambulation with or without mobility aids. It also is not so bizarre to cause hesitation for buyers if the house is sold. I know people who plan their homes using large doorways and other built - in items that would be of assistance when they became older. Adding a sensor for distributing soap would be of big help as well, and a sensor sink faucet too. An excellent product! I do sincerely hope finances would not become a negative factor. Perhaps a fund raising event could begin with a public tour of homes. Anyway it is a good design and I complement the creators.
