yes Mechanix has a glove light, but not nearly as elegant as this one, and this one could be more useful

wow, this could be really useful, in tight spaces
or reading in a plane, where the overhead lights are never quite right. plus w/o the bulk and one more thing to carry or leave behind. for extended time have backpack/solar recharging, flat, not too much weight added, so how long will we have to wait?

Didn’t Mechanix gloves already do this? I seem to remember they used to make gloves with led lights in them for working where you couldn’t fit a larger light. Not as sci-fi, bot it’s been done.
