Kengo Kuma, a Japanese architect has won the competition to design the new V&A Museum at Dundee, Scotland. Kengo Kuma's proposal beat the other 6 proposals and was unanimous choice of the jury panel. This building will delight visitors and encourage them to revisit it again and again.
