In 2017, Soel Yachts, a Dutch based company, launched SoelCat 12 solar catamaran at Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort and Spa, it accommodates up to 12 guests. It’s entirely silent and sustainable, no carbon pollution to preserve Tahitian waters.

With the successful operation of SoelCat 12, Soel Yachts has gained great reputation among its customers due to the growing sustainability movement. The newly developed Soel Shuttle 14 type are under construction, still specially designed for the Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort, but the company also offers more comfortable layout with large space for up to 24 passengers and their luggage. The layout can be customized as client wishes.
Soel Shuttle 14 Electric Yacht is equipped with battery capacity of 106 kWh and 80 kW of motor power from Naval DC, it can reach top speed of 14 knots. The clients want this yacht to be fully autonomous without depending on the availability of diesel and petrol, yet the yacht should be able to reach the same performance of conventional powered boats. This yacht has been designed with great understanding of needs around passenger transport, it has become sustainable solutions for both commercial and private operators.
