HJC Design is a product design consultancy, based in Yorkshire Uk. They just sent us their newest product design called Skype phone. The Skype phone concept was aimed to create a desk ornament with an essence of pure artwork. Therefore, the designer didn’t focused much with the functionality, rather created the user interface on a high spec transparent touch screen keyboard that was taken from the LG electronic. The main inspiration behind using this technology was to attending the discerning consumer who wants a bold statement to be made with their every purchase doesn’t matter whatever it is. The design has undoubtedly achieves its goal successfully and certainly stands out from the recent competition with the OLED technology.

Husqvarna Panthera Leo is a concept mower specially designed to get you rid of mowing associated inconveniences such as providing electricity, hectic pushing, dust, etc. The mower is powered with rechargeable batteries that last two hours on full charge. The LCD display and sensors are some other highlighted features of this mower that can inform you what height and speed you should mow at. Moreover, this mower will inform you if you are going to ride too vertically or about to strike an object. Aside from the features, the visor of the mower is brilliantly extraordinary that can attract anyone’s attention.

Earlier this year, Toyota and Royal College of Art Students (RCA) have launched a creative partnership to promote innovative design for urban living, using Toyota’s new iQ city car as the inspiration. Students were asked to create an item that reflect the concept of ‘intelligent urban living’.
Yusuf Muhammad, was the winner of Living Room category and joint overall winner. His Yu Type design sits on the computer keyboard and allows ‘hunt and peck’ two fingered typists the opportunity to increase their speed and confidence. He is now thinking about developing the idea and hopes to include features like spell checking and predictive text to increase its appeal. Judges praised the way he addressed a social issue of an aging population within the urban context.

A new concept has come into existence with this revolutionized submersible boat, called Ammonoq. It is equipped with all the necessary accessories to survive beneath the water. Fin wheels provide a steady movement in water where as on-board re-breather facilitates a comfortable breathing for the passengers. It provides easy accommodation for three passengers with a remote key transmitter to control any internal or external devices. A GPS sensor tracks the exact position of the boat and redirects the path wherever it goes.
