Dragonfly vertical farm is a concept urban farm specially designed for the Roosevelt Island of New York City which will reduce the problems associated with food shortage, mileage and connection between the producers and consumers. Because of the densely packed city civilization, this farm has been designed vertically, spanning 132 floors and 28 different agricultural fields for accommodating dragonflies aiming to produce fruit, grains, vegetables, meat and dairy. This Dragonfly wing shaped superstructure features wind and solar power producing capability and includes housing, offices, research labs and communal areas separated from farms, orchards and production rooms. Throughout the glass and steel set of wings, animal and plant farming is arranged as well as soil nutrient levels are maintained properly.

The Barista is a handy espresso maker, designed specially for home use to enhance and simplify the user experience both indoor and outdoor. Unlike the usual espresso machines, Barista allows multiple persons to take part in the experience of coffee making and consists of brewing unit, a docking station and five espresso cups. When in docking mode, this machine is attached to the wall outlet and performs like a conventional espresso machine. When in portable mode, the coffee beans remains pre-grounded and the water is kept into a thermos pre-heated in order to enhance the portability of this machine and avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

The modules are supplied with a tank of substratum and the capillaries moves to gidroponica with the help of a pump controlled by a computer. The built-in computer of the modules is able to control the submission of a substratum, power supply on accumulator and the user interface. Anders Gloslie, a Norwegian designer who is studying at IED Tornio currently in Italy, developed the FROST concept electric car. The stylish exterior design of this extraordinary car was enthused by and developed to suit arctic climate conditions. The asymmetrical bodywork of this car was influenced by formations of ice and features plenty of ‘cracks’ which cover the lighting systems. This motivating natural inspiration source also denotes that the idea takes of various shapes seen from different angles. The FROST concept layout mixes the proportions and the 2-seat design of a racing car with the rough potential of an off-road vehicle.
