Aeroform is conceived as a prototype which explores the dimensionality of the billboard and creates a subsidized living module that would allow people with limited means to live in a home in a major metropolitan city where in the future escalating real estate values would prohibit such home ownership. This fusion of the billboard and the house creates an opportunity for inhabitants to generate income from the billboard in turn subsidizing the exorbitant cost of living in a home in a major metropolis.

MoVille is a compact single passenger vehicle with artificial intelligence and zero-emission drive train. Once you look at this vehicle, you will feel that you have entered into Robot world. There are three magnetic wheels which are rotated with the help of electro magnets. For saving space in urban areas, MoVille can tilt up and down. It features wireless road network in order to connect to other vehicles and road network. With this feature, it can judge where it is located on the road and where other vehicles are. MoVille is also fully equipped with immediacy sensors, cameras, and GPS. Small size and Omni-directional wheels enable anyone to park it easily.

The new hotel, conference, and exhibition complex is coming up in the emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates can be nominated for the designer masterpiece. Designed by Nowergian architects Snøhetta, this 150km construction is expected to begin later this year. Right in the middle of the complex is the proposed 200 m tower which is a setting for a 5 star hotel which will offer panoramic view of the emirates. The space shall be utilized for various purposes as it can be developed for conference center, hotel and other commercial activities. One thing is for sure that this will be one of the most advanced centers in Dubai.

Folding urban bike is great concept of flexibility. Today a lot of emphasis is being given to flexibility and sustainability with respect to mode of transport. In these lines comes the concept designed by English designer Thomas Jowen. He has named this conceptual design as ‘One’, which is an urban bike that can be folded when not in use. The bike has a standard handle with saddle as in any bike but the difference being that it looks sporty. When it is folded, it makes a compact round shaped design which hardly occupies any space. It surely looks a good solution to road congestion.
