This amazing Oculus yacht design by Schopfer Yachts is really an amazing looker that literally can be said to be a design of the future. This 250 foot long yacht has luxury written all over it, be it the design or the interiors. In overall design, the added effect with the 12-foot high dome shaped ceiling is simply mesmerizing. The yacht is divided into three levels with the ground level being a common area for the guests to be entertained and the second and third level being private for the owner if chosen so, which are subsequently connected by stairs. The new front door design by Brazil based design group Nódesign is a beautiful design for a front door. The door is sleek and modern and comes with a remote control. Yup the door can be locked or unlocked at the click of a button similar to what a central locking does to a car. The door also comes with a digital door bell, number lighting i.e. the door displaying the house number. The door also comes with a battery back up of running one week without power supply. So a practical solution for today’s resource crunch times which is high tech yet simple to use.

The Pi electric bicycle uses a semi-automatic 8-speed transmission to downshift into a lower gear for climbing hills, then up shift for rapid acceleration to a maximum of 20 mph on flats and allows you to pedal normally because the motor automatically disengages when not in use. Powered by a 750-watt electric motor housed in the horizontal chain and motor assembly, the Pi electric bicycle is capable of three modes of operation: electric motor power, human power, or the human-electric hybrid power combination. The electric motor and rider utilize the same 8 speed semi-automatic transmission making rapid acceleration from a stop or lower gears available for steep inclines possible (but with slower acceleration.
