It is located in a place called Tomorrowland, and it promises to be a house of the future or you can say marketing of the future, since the construction was a collaborative effort between Disneyland, Microsoft, HP, Life|ware and home-builder Taylor Morrison. With gadgets like magic mirror that allows you to see how you look in various clothes, kitchen that recognizes ingredients and a multimedia interface to tell stories to children, all we can say is welcome to the future!

After Zeydon Z60 yacth, we’ve never discussed another luxury yacht. This time SABDES caught our eyes, a conceptual super yacht. SABDES is not just luxury icon of a yacht but also focusing to be environmentally friendly yacht, good contribution towards a greener earth. To produce yachts that stand out from the crowd requires an intuitive knowledge of design and styling crossing many industrial disciplines. Scott Blee, the designer, was thinking ahead for future system upgrades as technologies advance, eliminating major redesign and structural changes.
Each yachts systems are carefully considered in the early stages of design in order to minimize power consumption and emissions. Hull designs are optimized for minimal surface and hull wake, reducing their impact on sensitive marine life, and shoreline erosion. Aside from this yacht eco-sensitive slant, SABDES yachts are ultimately designed to be stylish.

Another innovative idea from Tao Ma, “Say Time Watch” is a concept where a watch can give you warm sentences instead of time. You can create words that describe each specific time, change the color and the type of font the way you like it. You can write “it’s 5 pm, time to go home” and set the watch to display it at 5:00 pm. Each sentences can be edited or inserted using usb line connected to a computer. My question is, from the picture you can see that the user setup the sentences for each hour, what about at for e.g. : 5:15pm, what will the watch display for me? is it the same sentences ? I prefer if this watch has the ability to actually display the time, and make the warm sentences display as an optional features.
