The new Library and Learning Center at the University of Economics & Business in Vienna, Austria has been designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. The Library once completed shall be the centerpiece of the new University campus and will be a nice add-on to the services that shall be rendered at the University. The building shall be housing language laboratory, book shop, student center and administration offices etc. The building designed as a polygonal block which takes the form of the cube with straight lines both inclined and straight edges, thus in totality portraying itself as a learning and research center.

The new backpack designed by Brooklyn based designer student Vanessa Marie is surely a practical solution for all those who have security concerns while riding their bicycles late at night. The designer being a cyclist herself was inspired to design this backpack which she rightly calls ‘Night Day Backpack’. It is versatile and chic. The flaps placed on the back have magnets inside them ensuring that they are in place whenever, one jumps over those bumps on the road and the added advantage is that the same becomes visible in the night when flipped up. Thus, one can ride without any apprehensions and enjoy the ride through and through.

The concept car design by Coventry University design student Da Feng is something that is far more than just a fragment of imagination. Made from carbon fiber frame, GYM as this concept car is called as a single seat concept car. This concept car is designed by being inspired by a gym as the car is more like a mini gymnasium. The adjustable seat and pedal are placed in a manner that the usage of the same makes the driver feel as if he is in a gym. The step chair designed by Seton Spadt, a student at the Philedelphia University is definitely an eye catcher. As per him he was inspired by Wilson Art’s Laminate wherein the steps represents the transformation happened over the the last century or so. The steps indicate the way the company has progressed to be a market leader as it is today thus sitting on this one gets a feeling of being the king of the world! The color combination used for the steps are some of the best sellers that has come from them; overall a suitable visual tribute for one of pioneer firm of the last century. Moonstream is all about exploring the Moon in an adventurous way. NASA Moonstream concept is a proposal designed by Anthony Sims, a student of Art Center College of Design. This is a heavily vehicle inspired by nature like the defensive shell of a tortoise. The wheels have the capability to move slowly like an insect and are completely adjustable for height and track. From inside, the vehicle is styled to offer a comfortable living space with latest communication technologies. NASA Moonstream concept is the ultimate luxury space lounge which will be completed by year 2020.
