Angeline Meloch, a design student of University of New South Wales has designed Celsius which is a modular refrigerator, able to be configured by the users as per their preference. There are four cabinets of this concept refrigerator and each cabinet has a touch sensitive control panel, allowing a selection from 5 temperature alternatives for suitable storage of food. The main goal of this concept is to make the most of space. Celsius can be customized for packaging of fruit, meat and fish, milk products, vegetables, bottles and jars. You can purchase additional modules if you think necessary to meet your requirements.

Viktor Ramos, an architecture student, elaborates a brilliant idea to solve the Israel-Palestinian conflict. Victor’s simple but absolute genius concept shows bridging the Palestinian and Israel territories with huge structures, that can uphold life, house people, and let the people, animals and goods free transit. These bridges will be over each country’s ground so that nobody will become isolated. This project is obviously huge but if it is structurally possible, it will bring a new look of these two county’s geography. These bridges can eliminate many of the demands of the inhabitants of both states by providing the resources they needs.

The Electrolux last year design competition challenged students to come up with appliance designs of the future and one such interesting design was the Stratosphere. Designed by Budapest based Hungarian student Attila Sáfrány, Stratosphere is a design of a clothes rack. This rack helps in storing the clothes if to be used again and helps to maintain hygiene as it sucks off all the germs and micro pollutants out of the clothes and these goes to the filter placed in the device and out come a clean cloth which can be used again whenever desired. All in all it’s a nice and clean concept.

The new conceptual design by Elliot White, a New York based architecture student as improvisations over the Queens Museum of Art has some interesting facets to it. The said building will be constructed using the lattice structure and after covering the layer with concrete, a plastic bag will be placed as a support for hardening the concrete during construction. The design will be raised off the ground, which creates an area for public space underneath the design wherein there is flexibility so that one can organize events even when the museum is close.

It is quite evident that with the passage of time the designs and shapes of the vehicles, commonly used by people will change drastically. They will become environment friendly and also much safer than the current ones. iMO is a great vehicle that is designed to accompany the users as it seems alive with the insertion of several organic parts. It is round in shape and available in colors like yellow, blue, red and black. They have a transparent shield to cover the interior which makes it a fully secured car. The wheels are small, smoothly polished by immensely efficient at the same time. iMo is only a student project for Coventry University with no commercial means.
